Insulation By Puff Panel |
These are light in weight and firm insulators. They have hygienic surfaces which can be cleanable. They provide thermal efficiency with acoustic insulation properties. They are made with CFC material insulators and are flexible in expansion and alteration. They have 60 mm – 120 mm thick walls with PUF sandwiched on either side. The PUF panel faces a PPGI sheet of 0.5 mm thickness on either side. They are insulated with CFC free PUF with a closed content of 90 – 95%. The foam density will be nearly 40 +/- 2 kg/m³. There is a panel joint system which is Tongue and Groove along with CAMLOCK. |
